My precious child of God, I greet you in the mighty name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. We are going to meditate on II Corinthians 2:15, “We are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ among those who are being saved.” My friend, how to have a saved life? Jesus Christ gave Himself on the cross. He sacrificed His life. In Galatians 2:20, we read about Paul. He was Saul in the beginning, doing all sorts of wrong things, everything against the Lord Jesus Christ. One day, Jesus met him and asked him, “How long, Saul, are you going to make Me sad?” That day, he gave his heart to the Lord.

In Galatians 2:20, Paul says, “I gave my heart to the Lord. Jesus washed me with His precious blood, which He shed on the cross. I have become a new person in Christ”. What about you, my child? Parents, have you given your hearts to the Lord? Your life should be an example to your children, filled with God’s abundant blessing. Do you have such a life? Come, give your life to Jesus Christ. Ask Him to cleanse you with His precious blood, and you can become a new person. Then the sweet aroma of Christ will be upon your life.

According to I Peter 2:12, what are the good works you have to do? You have to follow the examples of God. Colossians 1:10 says you have to walk a pleasing life before the Lord. When you are washed by the blood of Jesus Christ, you will become a new person. Then the Lord will lead you, guide you, and go before you at all times. From your life, a sweet aroma will come out. You will shine as a light before the Lord. John 5:35 says John was a ‘burning and shining lamp’. Philippians 2:14 says you can also shine for the glory of God. And in I Timothy 2:10, we read that women also should shine for the glory of God. Right now, let us be filled with the pleasing aroma of Jesus Christ in our lives. Let us ask God to fill us with that glorious life.

PRAYER: 
Loving Lord Jesus, I give my heart completely to You. Wash me with Your precious blood and make me a new person in You. Let my life carry Your sweet aroma, Lord. Please help me to walk pleasing before Your sight. Lead me, guide me, and go before me. Let my life shine for Your glory alone. In Jesus’ precious name, I pray,  Amen.
